i think the mom is one of the most humble i’ve seen on the show… like you can just see how she’d take ANYTHING. she just wants her family together & safe. she deserves all the help she can get… i have a friend with a disabled sister, and she was put in an institution rather than her parents dealing with it. it’s hard. this family is in my prayers.

and Erin is either slightly more severe AS w.speech impairments that she’ll grow out of or HFA…and the oldest and youngest are severely autistic…so erin may or may not be ruled out.

actually the reality of it is that there is only 2 kids MAYBE 3 with autism…Aspergers is NO LONGER concidered a form of autism since more and more research is proving that…and because aspies are just as capable as the neurtypical of living independently and the basic life skills…erin and patrick should get re-evlauted for their dignosis…patrick seems to have very mild aspergers (milder than his older sister who was actually dignosed)
