Alton Brown is one …
Alton Brown is one of the best personalities ever on TV… a real genius at what he does — entertain and teach. He is the teacher we all wish we had in school: in love with what he’s teaching and able to impart that love to his students as he teaches. And so much fun at the same time.

I like this video …
I like this video specifically because Alton Brown discusses his show on it, how he listens to his viewers and gets ideas from them. He also talks about the upcoming Good Eats season, and his new Feasting On Asphalt series he will be shooting. In this interview, he also discusses how careful he is about his show, because he knows kids are watching. Isn’t that great that a FN host actually knows his audience?
